Retro Kitchen @ SS2

This is a short post about the restaurant I just went for dinner just now: Retro Kitchen @ SS2.

Went there without much planning and never notice the existence of this restaurant before, so I considered it was "luck" which brought us to this awesome place.

From the name "Retro Kitchen", it came with vintage, oldies elements. The place was not really big, roughly 10 tables and well decorated with a lot of old goodies. 60s or 70s musics were circulating the place continuously.

The foods there were not bad as well. It served Asian fusion and western cuisine. I had Cheesy Chicken Chop (RM 15.90) and peach green tea (RM 4.50). The chicken chop was served with salad and french fries. Love the french fries so much!! ^^

Price was affortable and service was good too. Highly recommended for those who love old stuffs like me. Lol.

Valentine's day was just over. Mine was not bad, simple but sweet <3

Certain people said Valentine's day is "wallet-bleeding" day as they need to spend extra money.
For me, everyday is Valentine's day if you truly love someone and same goes to him/her.

What Valentine's day meant to you?

Of course, for those who are still single and available can hang out with group of besties. Nobody is forever alone in this universe. Lol.

I got a pair of earrings. Fyi, I just pierced my ears last week! Love my pressie so much : )

Hehe, it's a couple tee. I didn't take photo of it, next time only show it to you : )

There's another good news to share: my buddy Yi Siang just got married! Though I only got to know it few days after his wedding dinner (I'm such a terrible buddy : / )

血光之灾

For those who just came back from sem break, how was your holiday and how was your first day of lecture?

Well, my holiday was fine but my first day of lecture was not that good.

Why am I telling this is, because I had 血光之灾 this morning... T.T

没办法，本人还是刚看完《那些年，我们一起追的女孩》这本书而已

老实说，这是我第一次看九把刀的书

要不是这电影，恐怕我不会主动去看吧。

无论是书或电影，实在红得有理

如果可以的话，真想向九把刀深深地敬个礼。

Hey, it's 11th day of CNY.
How was your CNY? Got pocketful of Ang Pow? Lol
Mine was just an ordinary Chinese New Year like previous years.
Snacks, Ang pow, card games (no gambling : p), house to house visiting were those "must-have" elements during CNY.

DURING CNY
Just like previous years, on 2nd day of CNY, I went my aunt's house (my mom's 娘家) to bai nian a.k.a. take ang pow from relatives. Lol
It was so crowded there but I love the way it was. Credits added to firecrackers and lion dance ^^
