[Hishop Review] RA8 Refreshing Skin Cleanser, exclusively by Hishop

Hello lovelies, I bet this is the longest hiatus I had been through. Wondering if there's still anyone visiting the dusty, lonely blog? Not to say I'm so busy until couldn't squeeze a few minutes to update here, just I found that I'm lacking of passion in doing what I used to love.  Hey, I hope this is not an early symptom of depression :p

Due to sleeping at late hours or probably sedentary lifestyle, I realize my skin is entering a pre-mature ageing phase where I just celebrated my 23rd birthday but my skin looks much older than how it suppose to look like.  Wrinkles, dull skin complexion and uneven skin tone are my forever skin enemies.  Thank you Hishop Malaysia again for sending RA8 Refreshing Skin Cleanser, an award winning product which claims to be able to enhance skin tone, texture and overall appearance of skin.

Ingredients: EDTA, Glycerin, PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Coco-Glucoside Tartrate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Polyquathernium-44, Polysorbate 20, Citrus Limon (lemon) Fruit Extract, Fragrance, Benzyl Alcohol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Aqua, Aquamarine Extract

The main highlights of this product are the aquamarine extract and glutathione. The marine bio-actives were fish protein origin with high level of branch chain and essential amino acids. You get the antioxidants, micronutrient and organic mineral complexes naturally for establishing healthy skin environment.  Whereas glutathione is a natural anti-oxidizing agent, highly effective at protecting your skin from toxic substances, stress and ultraviolet radiation while visibly curbing the ageing of your skin.  These are the benefits that I have been looking for!

Direction of use: 

1. Pour a small amount of Refreshing Skin Cleanser on wet palm.

2. Work into a rich, creamy lather.

3. Apply on damp skin with gentle massage and rinse thoroughly.

Review:

Unlike most of the other cleansers, RA8 Refreshing Skin Cleanser is less soapy which I actually like it as it reduces the tightness of skin after washing face.  It smells good and refreshing, which can give you a good start in the morning. Since it is less soapy, a larger amount is needed to lather into creamy foam.  It is quite gentle to my skin and I could feel my skin more bouncy after using it for few times. The only thing I don't like is the packaging, where I think it can be more elegant than how it is now, LOL!

Some Thoughts

Had a horrible nightmare last night.  I dreamed of my dad having a heart attack, slowly lost his consciousness and collapsed in front of me.  Leaving me alone and being helpless there, I was devastated. I woke up in sweats and feeling grateful that it was just a dream.  It was the worst dream I ever had. Finally I could understand how's the patient's family member feel.  The sorrowfulness from their eyes which could never be described in words.  Did I ever mentioned a patient's wife crying in front of me in ICU two weeks ago with all the worries she had?

Working in hospital is a love hate relationship.  Yet, facing patients or their family members is not that bad though.  The worse part is having to face certain colleagues who you don't like everyday.  Not to forget, the presentations, the log books, the rules and the repeated working routines. 

Speaking honestly, I'm unhappy with my current life.

How I wish life is as simple as having a cup of coffee, lay back and enjoy the sunshine.

Dear God, please give me some courage to survive through all theses.

[Sponsered] Review of Fairy Blossom by Fairy Beauty

Due to poor eating habit and my laziness as well, I think I'm getting older everyday. Fml.

A big thank you to Hishop Malaysia for selecting me as one of the beauty ambassador to review a beauty product called Fairy Beauty!  For your information, fairy beauty is a beauty drinks made from natural ingredients and it is manufactured in Malaysia.  Under this series, there are Fairy Whitez and Fairy Blossoms.  I guess Hishop understands me well enough, the product sent to me was Fairy Blossom, which is to enhance and embrace feminine beauty via toxin elimination, repair, nourishment and protection.

Within this small bottle, it contains mulberry & lingonberry (6000mg), apple stem cells (1500mg), wild yam (750mg), lobata (1250mg), mirifica (1250mg) and soy isoflavone (500mg).

The 6th benefit: Alleviates pre-menstrual tensions and menstrual problem attracted me the most.  I'm suffering from menstrual pain almost every month and really can't live without pain killer.   Hope I don't have to depend on pain killer anymore after drinking this!

What you have to do is:

1. Shake the bottle for 3-5 seconds before use.
2. Remove the cap
3. Plug the opener into the centre of the bottle
4. Insert the straw into the centre of the bottle & consume

For women above 35 years old, it is advisable to take 1 bottle everyday whereas for women less than 35 years old, it is advisable to take 1 bottle on alternate day.

My opinion:

Love the packaging at first sight, the bottle is so elegant and convenient to bring anywhere since it's just a small bottle.  To me, the taste is quite acceptable, much better than what I expected (I expected it to taste like cough syrup, luckily it's not!).  After having it for 2 weeks, I can see some improvement on my skin condition where my skin turns to be more radiant.  Yet, the menstrual problem still persists. I guess it takes longer time to see the effect?  Couldn't wait to see more benefits in another 2 weeks.
